9:22 pm	life lifes been kinda up and down lately.....my hours at work got cut from like 55 a week to 40....its cool the have weekends off i guess but losin 200 hundred dollars a week isnt cool....also ive been gettin sidetracked with the diet and doin the bad stuff ha...but oh well i need to get back on it for real.....ams n mowgy are still there and still hangin with me like everyday....i guess the main reason my life is goin pretty good is cuz i got a beautiful girlfriend...though we dont hang as much as i like everytime i see her im so happy...im a lucky guy and i hope it lasts....i get depressed at times but then i just think about her and im fine....if it wasnt for amberly i wouldnt have met her so i owe her big time.. 5:46 pm	havent updated in a while.....its my last weekend with 4 days off.soon to be back on my 5 days on 3 days off schedule...been stressin the weight lots...been staying around the same weight...ive lost 45 but thats not enough...so i bought muscle milk n lipo6 there supposed to help well see...havent really done nothin to interesting...just done what i like to do..hang with morgan n amberly...im proud of morgan hes starting to come to the gym with me...cant wait for amberly to start comin with...its better working out with people rather than by myself...oh well me n him got ipods so were cool...i need to get skinny then built...just for self satisfaction...got complemented by trent..weve only hung once...but out of no where he said i look alot skinnier....that makes me a little more positive..thats bout it (Comment on this)

9:08 pm	as of late Lately i been pretty much doin the same thing.......on weekdays i wake up at 4 am to get ready for the day...go to the gym...then work a nice 12 hour shift....i been tryin my best to stay strict on the atkins...so far ive lost 33 pounds...its pretty fuckin hard but i dunno i guess i wanna know what its like to make fun of the fat kid instead of bein the fatkid.....i really appreciate ralf hes always on my case and always there to encourage me and compliment me...hes a good guy...........also ive been startin to get back into weed a little i dunno i just been stressin....prolly the whole bein alone has somethin to do with it...today i was a jerk for no reason...sorry amberly....you know i love you n morgan......well thats bout it hopin to lose more weight and eventually find a decent girl ha (3 Comments |Comment on this)
